Max HocusPocus American Bulldog Puppy Male in Wakefield, Rhode Island

My story

Age: ~ 4.5 Months (as of 8/10/21) Weight: 36 - 42 lbs (as of 7/28/21)   

This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.

As Winifred once said in the famous movie Hocus Pocus, these pups are ready to say "goodbye cruel world!"

 

The Hocus Pocus litter is three females (Mary, Sarah, Winifred) and three males (Binx, Max, Billy). We are thinking these spooky cuties are a Bulldog mix (with maybe some Great Dane or Mastiff) but we do know that these guys are 100% adorable! They were found dumped in a rural area of Arkansas known for this sort of behavior, and luckily a nearby good samaritan found them and took them in. They are eagerly awaiting loving forever families in New England to make them forget this previous abandonment. 

 

These pups are friendly and playful when interacting with new dogs, cohabiting dogs, new adults, and new teenagers. They get along well with the foster families 11, 16, an 17 y/os. They have not met any cats yet. They will make great adventure buddies as they are calm in the car (aside from some drooling), and are interested and will settle quickly in new places. They seem to have a moderate energy level, so they will enjoy some quality outdoor time going for walks or playing in the yard, but will also look forward to some cuddle time as they are also very affectionate. They have not lived inside a house yet as they are being cared for in a fenced yard, so they will be a blank slate with regards to leash, crate, and house training. After some puppy training classes, some consistency, and lots of treats we think they will pick up good manners in no time!
